DIY Beach Nail Art Tutorial – Step by Step Guide

Prepare your nails by applying a high-quality base coat to extend the life of your manicure. Additionally, a base coat can help prevent staining and yellowing over time. Once your nails are completely dry, apply a pale gold glitter polish to mimic the look of beach sand

On my middle two fingernails, I painted a beach landscape, while on the rest of my nails, I kept it simple by only applying the glitter polish.

To create the impression of a seashore, I layered different shades of blue throughout the design. I lightened the blue with a bit of white paint and applied it diagonally to the tips of the nails using a fan brush. Then, I added a bit more white to the blue paint and applied it where the first layer ended, using the fan brush to create a seamless transition.

Finally, I added a tiny amount of blue to the white paint and applied it where the second layer ended.

Using the same fan brush, I took some white paint and dabbed the tip of the brush to create white waves. The dabbing motion added texture and created beautiful, natural-looking waves.

Next, I added some nail glue and used a small dotting tool to insert the sea shell and pearl decoration.

Finally, I sealed the beach design (only on the middle two nails) with a top coat, and it was complete!
